Let op: de kaartverkoop start binnenkort!

Muziek maken is leuk maar samen muziek maken is nóg leuker! Daarom organiseert Art4U ook in 2025 weer het jaarlijkse Kerstival. Op maandag 15 december in Veldhoven gaan we een swingend Kerstconcert tegemoet waarin je mee kunt spelen, mee kunt zingen of waarvan je kunt genieten als publiek! Alle leerlingen - jong en ouder - op alle instrumenten en van elk speelniveau zijn welkom om mee te doen met het Kerstival orkest. Er treden ook nog andere ensembles op!
Via deze speciale nieuwsbrief willen wij je graag informeren over de activiteiten die hiermee samenhangen.

Concert VELDHOVEN * Theater de Schalm
Maandag 15 december
Afhankelijk van het aantal aanmeldingen en in verband met de grootte van het podium in Veldhoven worden er één of twee concerten gepland:

Bij één concert: Tijd: 19.15-20.00 uur

Bij twee concerten: Tijd Concert 1: 18.00-18.45 uur
                                      Tijd Concert 2: 19.30-20.15 uur

In het geval van twee concerten zal er na sluiting van de aanmeldingen op 24 oktober door de Kerstivalcommissie een verdeling gemaakt worden van de leerlingen over de twee orkesten. Hierbij wordt rekening gehouden met het speelniveau en natuurlijk met de leeftijd en het tijdstip van het concert.

ORKEST REPETITIES
Voor het Kerstivalorkest zijn twee orkestrepetities gepland:
Zondag 14 december 10.00-10.45 uur [orkest 1] en 11.15-12.00 uur [orkest 2] in de ASML-zaal van Art4U in Veldhoven.

Belangrijk: je kunt alleen meedoen met het Kerstivalorkest als je ook op de repetitie aanwezig bent. We verwachten je op de repetitie op zondagochtend in Veldhoven om 10.00 uur of om 11.15 uur. Het tijdstip waarop we je verwachten zal voor jou afhankelijk zijn van de orkest-indeling die gemaakt wordt. Hierover krijg je nog bericht.


Het Kerstivalorkest gaat 4 stukken spelen. Om deze thuis goed te oefenen kun je meespelen met deze opnames:

Making music is fun, but making music together is even more fun! That's why Art4U is organizing its annual ‘Kerstival’ again in 2025.
On Monday, December 15th in Veldhoven , we're looking forward to a swinging Christmas concert where you can play, sing or enjoy as an audience member! All students—young and old—of all instruments and skill levels are welcome to participate in the Kerstival orchestra. Other ensembles will be performing too!
With this special newsletter we want to inform you on all the upcoming activities.

Concert VELDHOVEN * Theater de Schalm
Monday, December 15th
Depending on the number of registrations and due to the size of the stage in Veldhoven, one or two concerts will be planned:

For one concert: Time: 7:15-8:00 PM

For two concerts: Time Concert 1: 6:00-6:45 PM
                                   Time Concert 2: 7:30-8:15 PM

In the case of two concerts, the Kerstival committee will divide the students over the two orchestras after the closing date for registrations on October 24th. The level of playing and of course the age and the time of the concert will be taken into account.

ORCHESTRA REHEARSALS
For the Kerstival orchestra we have planned two rehearsals:
Sunday December 14th at 10.00-10.45 AM [orchestra 1] and 11.15-12.00 AM [orchestra 2] in the ASML-hall of Art4U in Veldhoven.
Important: you can only participate in the Kerstival orchestra if you are also present at the rehearsal. We expect you at the rehearsal on Sunday morning in Veldhoven at 10:00 AM or at 11.15 AM. The time at which you are expected will depend on the orchestra you will be assigned to. You will be informed about this.

The Kerstival orchestra is going to play 4 pieces. To practice this well at home, you can play along with the recordings which you can find in the links in the Dutch text above.
